YouTube Challenge - I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy - YouTube

I've heard both being used to describe the video.

The only thought I had about that video is that most of the kids are brats... why do some of the kids have candy in their room???? and the last 2 kids are cute. Other than that, it's just a prank, not like they told them they killed their dog or anything.

Oh my, that was hilarious. I loved the last set of boys where he was like, "you sneaky mom"!
I think it was a harmless prank. Some of those kids were way too old to be reacting like they were though, especially the kid that punched the wall.

Most of the kids with candy in their room seemed old enough to me to be able to handle it responsibly. Even my five year old would probably have it in her room and then eat one or two pieces and lose interest for a few days.

I think it depends on your kids personality. If you have a sensitive soul and you know it will break their heart and they won't think it's funny after you tell them you're joking, then it's kind of mean. If you know they will appreciate the humor and they can handle it, it's funny. We did it and Kaley still talks about getting me back for it. It was funny.

I agree. Those two at the end were really cute and I loved the "you sneaky mom!". The little boy who's mom said she ate it because she was pregnant was cute too. I say harmless prank as well.

I think it's hilarious. I had been planning to pull it on my son and my husband ended up seeing a clip on Jimmy Kimmel last night about it. So when my son wakes up this morning the first thing DH says to him is "Me and Mommy ate all your halloween candy" lol!!

He didn't believe us. He asked me a few times and then went to check. We got a big kick out of it. I come from a family that teases and has fun with stuff. This is normal for me.

I think they're funny, I've seen them clipped on tv a few times.

It's totally something Dad would have tried to pull on us. Would have worked on my brothers (on would have gotten mad cause he didn't share well, the other a softie would have cried)... I'd have pointed out that dad had no bottom teeth and there was no way he could have eaten 90% of what was in my bag. being years older always gave me the advantage.
