I am totally signing up to be part of this class action lawsuit. It says you can get up to $20. That would buy me 4 jars of Nutella!

I bought Nutella once and it was okay but we're not big fans of it. Probably won't buy it again.

I was seriously PISSED tonight when I had a craving for nutella and raspberry jam sandwich for lunch tomorrow. I raided my cupboards looking for the **** jar... my Mom finished it. I am so pissed, lol. I had to settle for PB&J for lunch

Okay, I get that Nutella's ad was misleading, but as the saying goes "Common sense isn't all that common." Reading the label shows that Nutella is literally the icing on the toast of an already sugar-laden breakfast. It's ridiculous to allow someone to profit from their own stupidity.

My question is though, if people can sue nutella does that mean that I could sue a peanut butter company for not being 'healthy' enough? Nutella has less fat calories, less saturated fat, and less sodium!
