I used lydia pinkham before finding out i was pregnant with my daughter, and it also helps get pregnant real quick. I only used it for a couple weeks and found out i was pregnant the next month. For my son, i didnt take anything. We are about to ttc again and im wanting another girl, so i will probably pick up some more lydia pinkham.

Some supps that are not on the list for TTC A BOY:

DW:

Tribulus Terrestris, 750 mg - Can raise testosterone and estrogen. Should be the Bulgarian (45% saponins).

Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen, 1tsp morning and night - Raises pH and helps getting pregnant. Remember not use a metal spoon or try to heat it.

False unicorn, 900mg - alkaline and makes EWCM.

Vitamin E, 400iu - Strengthens lining of egg.

Flaxseed Oil, 1000mg - Increases CM

Alka Selzter Gold - Each serving of ASG is 2100 mg sodium bicarbonate. Do not take more than 3696mg a day.

L-Arginine, 500mg - Makes EWCM and raises testostrone. Not to be taken with Fertile-cm as L-Arginine is already in it.


Supplements for DH:

Vitamin E, 400iu - Raises sperm count.

L-arginine, 500mg- Raises pH and sperm count.

I notice my cm is hardly there and I am ttc (pink), so I looked online and there is this supple. called "fertile cm". Do you ladies know anything about it?
