Crystal light can be added to the drink list. In most people it's a quick way to lower pH...but you should check your pH after consuming the first tiem to make sure.
Drinks with aspertame in it is even better than the Crystal light...seems to be fool proof...just so long as it's not fizzy. The Great Value diet drink mix at Walmart has aspertame.
Strawberries, raspberries, low-salt bread, white rice, cucumbers
I have a pH diet book and these are listed to make everything more acidic.
And you have beans listed, be careful of what type of beans/legumes.

Tier Two: Girl Diet, Mineral Diet
Parmesan cheese (maximum of 3 tablespoons per day)
Propel Fitness Water with Calcium
Eggs (Egg Beaters are best)
Cottage Cheese (check for sodium levels)

Supplements; cranberry, calcium, magnesium, licorice root for dh.
Cut caffeine out of your diet completely and replace all sugar with aspartame. Also dont eat any salty foods. Cut out all red meat b/c high in testosterone.
Foods to eat; chicken, turkey, rice, pasta, low salt cheese, creamy milk based sauces (home made without salt), cucumber, lettuce(not iceburg),raspberries, strawberries, blueberries (you could make berry smoothies and add a bit of aspartame too), green beans, cherries, poached white fish, poached eggs, puffed rice , sour cream, tahini, rice pudding, leeks, cottage cheese, cook using sunflower oil only and use sunflower spreadso or butter with no salt.
Avoid; any foods containing salt, tomatoes, bananas, mushrooms, red meat, high sugar foods, caffeine.
Drinks; milk, cranberry juice, peppermint tea, cheap no added sugar cordial with aspartame (eg walmarts own cordial), crystal light.
antibiotics, thrush medication including the creams, steroids all sway for boys, also any other cold and flu medication other than plain sudafed sways boy.
Tke folic acid, this doesnt sway, some women take vitamin b6 to lengthen the luteal phase and also zinc to repair any damage to the eggs. (dh shouldnt take zinc, it sways boy)
If drinking bottled water only use evian.
(stop the cranberry day of ovulation b/c it can cause miscarriage, also dont take cranberry if you are on any kind of blood thinner or are using aspirin)
Also take plain sudafed and zirtek when you ttc a girl an hour before bd.

What about green tea? I have been drinking Strawberry flavored green tea lately ( I don't like reg flavored stuff). Just wandering - I do most of the other stuff already and I hope to conceive a girl next. Thanks.

Can I ask why aspartame is on the list? Aspartame is an artificial sweetener and does damage to your health. I wouldn't want to fill my body with those chemicals before I have a baby or during pregnancy. Would Stevia work? It is an all natural sweetener

I am just wondering...how fool-proof is this diet? I was preg. with my 4th child and lost her at 25wks and this would have been my first daughter and I really, really want to hopefully have another shot at having a daughter as this will probably be my last pregnancy unless I can talk hubby into trying another time =)

Hi there
I understand how you feel because I recently lost a daughter too (at 20 weeks).
For what I understand is NOT for sure that because you are on this diet you will conceive a girl, but it will help your odds if you also add a good "timing", "supplements" and others (I don't remember much of it all because after a while I get kind of dizzy with all the details).
You should post on the board and ask questions. Other members are very knowledgeable and will give more answers. Also try to read older posts. There is a lot of info there too.
I am trying too hopefully we both get girls!

Tofu is the number one thing that I have seen on all of the sites. I switched my diet to tofu, fresh fruits, and a lot of yogurt before getting pregnant. After having three boys, I am hoping for a girl this time (I am due on June 24, 2013). I will keep you updated if changing my diet worked! I was an avid steak and red meat fan before. If only I had known about how changing your diet can effect the baby's sex before. LOL

I agree - aspertame is a dangerous chemical. Why would anyone want to use that anytime, never mind when trying to conceive?!
