Mashed Potatoes!
Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. Cook in a large pot of boiling salted water until very tender but not falling apart.
Drain potatoes well. Add margarine, salt and pepper to taste & Mash potatoes until fluffy.
-Dont add milk-
Plain Baked potatoes!
Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into quarters. Place potatoes onto a oven tray. cover with olive oil and add a little salt. Then place the tray in the oven. Take potatoes out when they are done.
