I read some fascinating things today when i was looking up gender swaying. Basically your body is very suseptable to ions. Ions are the charge that things give out. And are positive or negative. For years people have said the moon can effect gender of babies at conception and its because the different phases of the moon changes the balance of ions on the atmosphere. It is the same with the seasons.
The type of ions we are exposed to changes the polarity of our eggs(whether they attract positive or negative ions)
x sperm are naturally negatively charged
Y sperm are naturally positively charged
Also the polarity of the egg is effected by CM PH. If your CM is high ph then the egg will be negatively charged and therefore pull the positive y sperm towards it.
It is the opposite for low ph.

So for a girl you want to be exposed to negative ions, for a boy positive ones.

Here is a list of some of the things in our environment that give positive ions;
(so for a boy)
computers, microwaves, full moon, sodium, potassium, incense, winter months, cell phones, hair ions, gold, tv, microwaves, lightening, magnetic bracelets, air pollution, exhaust fumes x-rays,ct scans,
Also essential oils; clove, cypress, eucalyptus, frankincense, juniper, marjoram, pine, rosemary, thyme, ylang ylang.

Heres a list of enviromental negative ions (for a girl)
moving water ie waterfalls, the sea, rain, showers, new moon, fire (no smoke),plants, fishtanks, fans, ion hairdryers, salt rock lamps, plants, air purifyer, hematite or quartz jewellry, beeswax candles, saunas, ionised water
essential oils; beramont, cedarwood,citronella, grapefruit, lavender,lemongrass, mandarin,orange,patouli.
The ions in the atmosphere pull the sperm towards the egg and also gives the egg a positive or negative charge.

No problem! I think (if I don't get a BFP) this month I'm going to need "work" on my ions. I am ovulating at full moon for the next several months.

Besides fan, lighting candles...anything else I can do? Running water but I don't know how I do that in my bedroom. hahahah What are your thoughts, Shell?

You can buy negative ion bracelets to put negative ions in your body if you are swaying girl! TrionZ makes a fun sporty one that is suppose to be more effective at putting the ions in your body!

I would get some quartz jewellry, could you get a fan while you are on the computer?? also maybe a little indoor fountain in the room. Lots of lavender candles. Have a long hot shower before bed and if you have a computer in your room i wouldnt have it on for quite afew hours before bd. Full moon is great and the fact that its summer should also help with the ions.
Also get those ion bracelets!! Oh and could you get some cheap pot plants to put in your room too??
Can you imagine your dhs face when he walks into the room and has to fight his way through a forestand fountains to get to you!!!

Thanks birdieswife for the info about the bracelets.

LMAO Shell about the forest and fountains.

You said that's great about the full moon? That's confusing...I thought NEW MOON is what I'd want it to be to sway gir? I so am an idiot I think. hahaha

Okay...I was confused because if you look online you can find half the websites say it's full and the other half say new. I don't know why the ion aspect is so hard for me to wrap my brian around.

I'm definitely moving my two houseplants that are downstairs up to the bedroom. I don't keep my lap top up there. And I'll do the fan thing and the candles. I have quartz jewelry so that's cool...and I might get one of those ion bracelet.

Im not sure. The only hair driers that sway pink are The ones that blow out ionised air. However the heat from the hair drier would be good.

The ions part of swaying is the one that has me most confused at the moment and the one I'm going to have to concentrate most to figure out! The quartz jewellery sounds perfect but I'm not sure how I'm going to counteract the ions from using my laptop 24/7
