Ttc a boy!!

Im trying to concieve a boy. last night around 11:30pm i got a positve surge from the answer opk i also took the first respone opk but negative. so i went out and bought the clearblue opk with the smiley face took it at 1am and got a smiley face. We did it a bit ago 12pm. My husband drank red bull an hour before and i have been eating boy food. We did the boy position and orgasm at the same time. This morning around 10;30am i did my last first response opk and it was positive. Now im thinking i did it to early or was it ok to do it 12 hrs later from my first positive opk from the answer? Any inputs? Do u think ill get a boy or even get pregnant this cycle? and when should i do it again? I keep leaking and i did lay with hips up.Is it ok for it to come out?

I took clomid day 5-9 and im on cd 18 today dont know if that makes a difference or not!

I think you have a great chance of getting pregnant this cycle and especially with a boy!! I wouldnt dtd again just incase you end up dtd 12 hours after O which is baby girl territory. Goodluck!!

I feel relieved now that u said i have a good chance at getting pregnant this cycle and mabye with a boy!! So i did everything correct?

I just got major cramping a couple of hrs ago!! Did i just ovulate? Should we bd again? help!!!!!!

No i would leave it now. I think you did great, but remember even with a perfect sway, you could still end up with a girl. I think you have a great chance of a boy though!

Thanks!! We didnt bd again im just gonna leave it alone to see if i do get pregnant and hopefully with a boy. Is it normal to have a couple of days of still positive lh surge? I took one earlier today and it was positive still but no more cramping!

It can vary, I have sometimes had positive OPKs for 3 or 4 days around O time and mine tend to stay positive while I am actually Oing. What experience have you had with OPKs in the past?
