The caffeine before dtd gives the boy sperm a boost of energy. Adding salt or bicarbonate of soda is good if you add to baths. Also keeping or husbands testes cool, so cool baths or showers and boxer shorts rather than briefs.
My boys were all concieved around ovulation day, in a woman on top position. My dh drinks coffee. Wears boxers. We usually dtd 3 times a week (dtd not too often, but also not abstaining for too long is good for ttc a boy)I eat alot of red meat (mainly beef, lamb or duck, very occasionally chicken) with potatoes, broccolli, green beans, cauli, peas, cabbage etc. mexican foods or italian foods with garlic (sways blue). I drink normal tea mostly or orange juice. I also eat lots of chocolate. I always have cereal for breakfast. I dont smoke. I used to add sea salt to my baths and take cold and flu medicine quite a bit. I also take evening primrose capsuals (sway blue). I very rarely eat dairy. Cheese occasionally, never drink milk and eat one or two yoghurts a week.
This is why i think i have had all boys.
Also it makes your body alkaline if you orgasm when dtd (good for swaying blue also!!)
