Hi Ladies,
Ive been watching the forum for a while, I am about to start trying for a baby and I am desperately hoping for a girl...
We have a son, leo who is one and a beautiful angel baby Lilly.

I have been taking cranberry, magnesium and calcium and i have just read about dh taking them as well.

Does anyone have any other hints, help anything....

Any help at all I would love.
Im incredibly anxious about getting pregnant again and all this talk about douching and stuff is starting to stress me!

I had only thought about working on my diet and suppliments and timing but now im worried im under prepared!!!

Thanks so so so much!

I would maybe get some ph strips and chart your cycles. Dont forget tgo stop taking the cranberry the day of ovulation b/c it can cause miscarriage. You can also take sudafed, drink crystal light and peppermint tea. Cut out caffeine. I would get your dh to have a hot shower or bath before dtd also.
Im so sorry to hear about your angel baby. No one should ever have to go through losing a child. (((hugs)))

I actually went to the chemists near me and no one has them....

I think Im supposed to start dtd as of tonight for the next few nights.

How quickly do things start affecting your ph levels?
I have gotten dh to take cranberry and drink peppermint tea too.

Thanks for your help Michelle!!!

make sure you take folic acid to. Id really keep staking the supplements, doing the diet, timing.. get dh to get on the diet and supps 2. Hot sowers and baths are great, get dh to wear tight whites, warm heat pack on his balls before dtd..
Try to do whayou can to help with your sway.

Sorry to hear about your daughter hugs.. The pic of your little man is very cute to.

Hey, Mama! I just joined this board yesterday as we're getting closer to TTC again. We're not starting until May-ish but I still don't have my AF back so we'll see what happens. My head is spinning w/all the swaying info and a lot of the PINK diet won't work for me (I don't consume dairy products, aspertame, etc.) so I guess I'll do what I can and hope for the best. Happy B-Day to sweet little Leo! I can't believe it's been a year! It's so bittersweet... I'm sending you TONS of PINK DUST!
