when i checked dh's sperm last it was between 8 and 9. the only thing (so far) he'll do is lemon water (no BS drink) to help TTC boy. ive read on here that lemon water helps alkaline the body but its gradually..how gradual (how long before we TTC the boy should he start? i plan on testing his ph again but im not sure how long to wait after he starts drinking it?

and any other ways to effectively increase his PH? it seems that ph changes faster for guys...true?

Wheat grass raises alkalinity too, i got some today as we are trying to sway boy. We both drink lemon water daily and have been. We make sure we bd right on o day always and take potassium. That's about it that I can think of. I was wondering how you can "guess" if gender is boy or girl by someone's chart????? I saw a post about that?

Grapefruit juice highers ph. But i think your dhs ph is fine, Mens ph stays around the same ph(between neutral and slightly alkaline)unless theyre unwell, then it goes slightly more acidic.

You need to get your temps high by increasing progesterone in you body. Drinking peppermint tea can do this and eating dairy and soy. The higher the progesterone, the higher your temps and the more likely you are to have a girl. The opposite for a boy. (lots of red meat to decrease amount of progesterone and increase testosterone).
