here we go...
So I'm reading up here and have some questions about the ttc girl diet. It's meant to be high in calcium, which means lots of dairy... but low in salt. Does that mean steer clear of the cheese, which is really salty? Thinking calcium is more soluable in some veggies that it is in dairy form?
Is the calcium thing for a girl merely to change the ph, or does it sway in another way?
I'm a pretty big dairy eater as it is...
Also, does weight loss sway towards a girl or a boy? I'd like to lose a bit before ttc again.
