I'm sorry. Your sway sounded so encouraging. To be honest, I'm losing faith in the whole 'sway' thing. So many people do such a great sway, and it doesn't seem to matter.
I tell myself we're meant to get the babies we get. (But still doesn't stop me from hoping and praying I have a little girl baking right now )
On the upside - more $ to spend on yourself doing girly things?!
Hugs

I was quite disappointed whemn i found out that Alex was going to be a boy, now i wouldnt change him for the world. I still believe in swaying. I think it is much harder to sway pink. Congratulations on you son and you ll have to post a ic of your little guy and keep us updated!!

Thanks Shell. Actually I thought of you last night. I know you were in my exact shoes with trying one more time for a girl and it didnt work. I knew in my gut the whole time it was a boy, but its still hard to hear. I dunno I think I am dealing with some extreame GD and I think its worse that it wasnt an official US, and my 20 weeks is in like 4-5 weeks and I keep thinking...what if?? Ugh I dunno. I know the chances of a wrong boy guess is pretty slim. Plus the pic was pretty convincinsg.

I am really, really sorry I know how much you wanted a girl (I think I am on the same par...) and it is heartbreaking that you are not going to get your pink. Pink swaying is really harder than blue. We ended up giving up our sway because it was too much work and wasn't working (like we were getting pregnant). I will keep you in my thoughts, feel free to talk to me about it any time. I think I get what you are feeling and might very well be there in about a week.

As much as I love, love, LOVE DS#2, I am still unable to go shopping for kid clothes w/out tearing up...Those d@#% girl clothes! It not that I'm mourning the fact that DS#2 is a boy but the absence of a DD. I'm sending you TONS of HUGS, Mama. I am so sorry.

I'm so sorry for your disappointment. I suppose it's good to know now than at the 20 week when it may hit you and make you upset in front of the doc.

Hi- i had to message u. I know the disappointment u r feeling firstbhand. I also dealt with tremendous guilt for being disappointed. A woman once said to me "youre boy mommy", wth isthat supposed to mean? I wish i had some reassuring words for u. I love my boys to death and they r my life. Good luck

Sending HUGS again, Brittney...I'm ready to TTC on my next cycle and I'm pretty sure it'll be another boy by all swaying standards but I just want to get preggers at this point. I think I'll be an ALL BOYS card carrying member for life as well...sigh. XO
