Hi I am ttc a little girl, my husband and I have two awesome little boys together (Blake 3, and Blase 2)(He also has a daughter from a previous relationship Ashlynn,5)! We have decided to have one last child, and I would love to have some pink in our family, as would he. I have researched gender selection methods, diets, etc. However I have seen a lot of conflicting information. So I have a few questions:

1.) When ttc a girl what foods should I eat and what should I avoid? What should I drink what should I avoid?
2.) Should both my husband and I be on this diet or just myself?
3.) How long should I be on this diet before we ttc a girl? 9My husband and I are ready to ttc now but want to sway our odds the best we can)
4.) How can I boost my odds of having a girl
5.) How can I alter my ph levels to better suit a girl
6.) Is there anything my husband can do to help sway our odds.

Any extra hints would help so much! Thank you and I look forward to getting to know all of you.

hi welcome to the forum there is a list of foods to eat and avoid in the sticky section above the post section your husband could do the diet with you it wouldnt do any harm if hes willing unlike mine lol you should be on the diet at least 6 weeks they say you can boost your chances by taking all the supplements eating the foods and dtd in the right positions

Girl, I have been researching all of the different methods for swaying for a girl for the past YEAR!!! But we just recently started ttc a girl...My husband refuses to give up his caffeine!! LOL... But from all that I have read...TIMING is a huge detail!! I read the book from Dr. Shettles and that was insightful. I have three boys myself and so i too want a girl!

eat lots of calcium rich foods, acidic foods , lots of cranberry's, avoid anything alkalizing.

2.) Should both my husband and I be on this diet or just myself? both

3.) How long should I be on this diet before we ttc a girl? 9My husband and I are ready to ttc now but want to sway our odds the best we can) .
however long it takes to lower your PH.

4.) How can I boost my odds of having a girl
Lower your CM PH to a 4. either abstain for 7 days before ovulation then BD on ovulation or BD daily.

5.) How can I alter my ph levels to better suit a girl .
though diet and lime douche before BDing

6.) Is there anything my husband can do to help sway our odds. eat off the girl diet also have him drink crystal light daily, but make sure his PH does not go lower then a 7 or he will be shooting blanks.

Hi, I agree, timing is everything!! I had 2 boys before having my girl using the timing method alone. No diets, no temp redings, no supplements...just timing. Buy I took my time and charted my cycles for quite a few months. Rear up on it..it really works!!! Good luck

shooting blanks if ph is lower than a 7?? Can giving DH too much cranberry lower ph to much and risk shooting blanks?
