I got my period July 10th, and I have a 30 day cycle, we are TTC a girl, and I was wondering when the best time to BD was. Also when trying for a girl should you BD daily, or just on the days when you are trying?

Thank you

BD daily though ovulation . also try to lower your PH by eating off the TTC girl foods list.

For a girl you have to have intercourse 3 days before ovulation then stop. Look up Sheetles method. You need to chart your cycles for a while in order to accurately pinpoint the 3rd day before ovulation . Good Luck
