Can you tell gender from this ultrasound pic?

Hello Ladies! I was in the ER the other night from being severley dehydrated due to the extreme heat. Dr did an ultrasound of the baby (who looked great) He sent us home with this picture. It looks like the babies legs are hiked up but there appears to be a space between the legs. I see a very small faint white line between that space. I am not sure if that is a penis, although it does not appear to be. During the ultrasound when the baby opened it's legs I didn't see anything between them. Anyway... what do you think? Is the pic too blurry to tell??
We have our real anatomy scan the 16th!

Anyway... if this were a boy... wouldn't the penis and or scrotum be more obvious? By the way, This picture was taken a day shy of 17 weeks.

I see the longer line you are looking at..but I really don't think you can tell from this pic. You could also try posting at babyandbump..I got a lot of replies there!

Yeah, I can't even orient that picture to figure out what I am looking at. Given how close you are to your anatomy scan, I am guessing you are at least 15 weeks or so...so generally a penis is fairly obvious at this point. Although, like I said, the orientation is confusing and I can't tell what is going on in that pic. Hopefully you get a more conclusive pic at your anatomy scan!

EDIT: Duh, you said you were almost 17 weeks. I see the way the pic is taken now, after staring at it for a while. And even though the pic is very clear of the front shot, it is so hard to tell gender from a face-shot. I see the area you are looking at...but I can't tell if that is a penis or not. Too bad you did not have a tech who would tell you

I guess you will find out soon enough.
