I have read about it's best to BD before O by a few days, But all I am going by is some random ovulation calendars that are all off of each other by a few days. I am nervous I am going to be off and either conceive a boy, or not get PG at all. I have two boys already and I really want a girl since this will be our last.

What would my CM consistency be a few days before O?

I would recommend buying Ovulation Strips. You can goggle them, there not expense and you basically pee on them and they turn positive if you are about to ovulate within 24-48hours. I believe that is a much better indication of ovulation then online calenders. Plus some women O early and some late, you just never know. No one is textbook.
I would buy those strips, and start having sex the moment your period stops till you begin to see the slightest positive on your O strip. Goodluck.

Hi, ovulation strips willnot help if you are trying for a girl. You need to have sex at least 3-4 days prior to ovulation, the timeframe from the strips are too close too ovulation and you might get a boy!!!!

I'd read 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility' to work out how to tell when you are ovulating, then you can time DTD 3-4 days prior to o. Good luck! I'm going to be TTC a girl in a couple of months as well

oops, never mind, I see you are already PG - spread some of that fertility around - we decided over 2 years ago to get pregnant, and are still ttc. :/
