I have a boy and a girl and am hoping for another little girl..... so ill just ask my questions outright
1) What supplements do I need to take
2) What supplements does my husband need to take
3) What does the pH of the sperm need to be? 4) What is optimal vaginal pH? (I was thinking 4.5 but I wanted to be certain)
5) What foods other than red meat do I want to avoid?

I also will have to take Soy Isoflavens to induce ovulation as I have PCOS (My daughter is an IUI baby, my son is a soy isoflavens baby)...My little boy is just 3m old now, but we will start ttc in Dec-Feb and then stop ttc until September (I want a fall baby, I hated having a spring baby!) Thanks so much!!!

1) What supplements do I need to take
] SUPPLEMENTS

Calcium citrate (1200 mg combined with diet every day) take from af to af calcium in the cm helps to sway for a girl
Magnesium (300 a day combined with diet!)take from af to af Mag. in the cm helps to sway for a girl
Folic Acid (450 mcg a day)** you can take more of this if needed and be safe!! Take all the time THIS DOES NOT SWAY! IT PREVENTS BIRTHDEFECTS AND PREVENTS MC

Cranberry (total of 1,500 to 10,000 mg fresh fruit equivalent a day if possible. This is based on equal to fresh fruit equivalent.. not amount on bottle. This part can be tricky. So, 10,000 ml equivalent to fresh fruit) take from af to O (stop at O) this is taken to lower pH side effect: cranberry can not be taken after O as it can cause mc. Cranberry is a blood thinner so if you already taking a blood thinner do not take this.

2) What supplements does my husband need to take
first if all get some PH strips and test his semen if its already 7 or under I would not do any girl supplements for him . if its high you can having him take cranberry supplement , also crystal light has been proven to lower semen PH
3) What does the pH of the sperm need to be? Optimal pH of dh semen should be
7-7.5 (you can lower this to 4-4.5 with lime once it is outside of dh)
What is optimal vaginal pH? Optimal pH of cm should be
4-4.5
5) What foods other than red meat do I want to avoid? avoid anything not listed on the TTC girl food list
