Is there a certain time that it needs to build up? If you wanted to start TTC next month, when should I start? Do I continue it just until BFP or just until ovulation? Would like to sway to a girl, by the way.

It's ideal to do it at least 6 weeks before you TTC. From what I've read, its just as important to follow the diet after ovulation as well. Good luck!
