I'll admit I'm not great at nub guesses...but back when I was trying to figure out mine a few ladies on another board guessed girl for me because the nub was parallel to the spine, and they were right. This nub shot looks similar to mine, so I guessed girl.

i'd say girl to its quite flat so a girl.

Babys head is toward the bottom with back on the left side of picture.. I tried to rotate it so it was showing hte baby laying on back but couldnt.

I don't think we are seeing the whole nub here as the cord is just on top of it. 50-50 from me.
