So we are hoping to TTC our boy this Spring...I was curious what my cm PH was so i ordered some strips a few weeks ago...got them today and checked it....a 4. Gee, wonder why we have girls, LOL!! I was sort of expecting it, but still feeling bummed and like I have a huge hill to climb. Anyone else have theirs test this low? And was able to raise it to the 7.5-9 range? Is it possible....?

Diet, drinks and baking soda finger or douche will help

I know someone that her ph would not rise, unles she used bsf and real ew. I hope it works for you to. Good luck.

For what I understand prenatals will raise it up.

potatoes, tomatoes and lots more will raise it up, but some women, like a friend of mine, cant get it up any higher than a 4 also, no matter what she does. I hope its an easy fix for you tho.
