I am guessing my diet swayed big time with my boys, I ate a lot of read meat, and drank caffeinated soda all the time!

Hi, i used timing and it really works, no diets or temp charting. For boys you have to DTD right on ovulation. I charted my cycles and worked out my safe days. I have 2 boys and 1 girl.

I eat a ton of salad and dtd right at O. Didn't eat a lot of pasta etc. Not on purpose, just the way I eat. Now I am trying to do the opposite on purpose! GL!

I have 3 girls and 1 boy. I swayed hard core with him. I changed my vaginal envorionment with baking soda and real eggwhites. if u dont want to do extreme then do low calcium/magnesium diet and high meats veggies. Do it on O day only. have dh abstain from 4-5 days and do it doggy style

I did an exteme boy sway, supplements, timing, baking soda in my vjj and real ew whites. my dh was on supplements too and he abstained 5 days and we only dtd once that cycle. I have 3 girls and 1 boy. My girls my diet was girl and my vaginal ph was low. Thats why I did baking soda in my vjj to make my ph higher. High ph favors boys.

also the diet favors boys to, it changes the polarity of the egg with ions also.
