In need of greens! I usually eat a ton of greens, which may be why I have two boys! But I am having trouble with this girl diet because I feel like I can't eat anything healthful, no apples, grapes, veggies etc. Is there any greens or fruits we can ear besides blueberries and plums? How about greens? Thank you!
Amari I am having a real hard time with the diet this cycle. I guess I am just anxious and is making me hungry I just want to be pregnant with a girl already. And I almost feel like letting all the factors go...
Of course I don't mind the supplements but checking the ph gets addictive and then when it goes up drives you crazy trying to keep it down. And there are all the others responsibilities of life. I am ready to give up. I am tired, hungry and just want to chill out (instead of researching and thinking about it so much).
I'm gaining weight on this girl diet. I don't usually eat a ton of pasta and cheese. I usually do salad, apples, bananas, grapes, etc, which is why maybe I have 2 boys. I am adding a lot of berries and broccoli in. I am having a hard time. If you are hungry why don't you do peanuts, cashews, peanut butter, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken breast. Those are filling. It is really hard! Can we do popcorn?
