i'm gonna be doing the loweverything diet which seems much easier that the other diets.
i have slowly started cutting stuff out i've been drinking peppermint tea for months now love the stuff with sweetner in. i stop coffee and coke and i don't at meat now, i did it all slowly one at a time and didn't move on to the nest till i was sure the one i was doing wouldn't come back.
snacking is what i'm trying to stop at the mo this one will take some work i know.

i have a boy and a girl and i'm trying to get back to how i ate before her. which is typical low everything diet. i didn't eat veg btw and not alot of fruit.

So Coco-what did you eat to conceive your girl? I am having such a hard time! I eat mostly veg and fruit and protein so really having a hard time cutting it out! Also, I eat a ton, so I am having a hard time trying not to eat as much!

for my girl i never ate breakfast didn't have time and it was to early. i would have a sandwich and a packet of crisps at lunch then tea would something quick to like a omlette or a jacket and noodles. (the packet type dried)
i only ate chicken, never ate veg but i was trying to when i conieved my boy, i like fruit but didn't really bother with it. i think i still ate chocolate but not often, i didn't drink tea or coffee, odd time i would have coke but i mainly drank dulite juice or lemonade, i ate loads of yogurt but didn't drink milk or eat cheese.

i live on omlettes mainly i loved eggs fried egg sands, pasta or jacket potatoes, chicken burgers, chips, i would have pie and chips once a week. but i'd often skip meals to. i had quorn burger to.

hope that helps hun

So you all are saying the 3 day cutoff is better for ttcg? I should ovulate on Saturday according to my ovulation calendar which is reg. 28 day cycle. I started spotting on Sat. Oct 22nd but actual flow was Sunday 23rd so thats when I started as CD1. My opk was negative today but I will continue to do them every day until positive. I dtd tonight and I have tacky CM today. I also have some O pains but I know you can have them for a few days before and I usually do. So is tomorrow too close to O? Should tonight be the last time until after I O? I have been ttc for 3 months now and not successful so I'm worried I'm not gonna get pregnant doing it like this but I'd rather have a girl than a boy so I'll take my chances. This is our last and we have 3 boys already!!
