Is this the one to test Ph level

Hi! I don't have any of the two but a lot of ladies have mention the phion. And yes you should test your cm to check that is actually alkaline. Good luck and ask questions. Lots of ladies have answers.

Oh bakingsoda tomatoes, potatoes will help! Idk how to go abouts with bakingsoda, but eat loads of tomatoes and potatoes, also red meat!
