how did you cut out foods and drinks?
did you just cut them straight out or did you do it slowly?
did you swap anything for something else?
is there a food you really struggled to cut out?
I did cut coffee (even thou when I got pregnant with daughter I was drinking it).
I just didn't stop there anymore and started drinking raspberry leaf tea, then peppermint. I am fine now but the coffee always gave a good kick for my work.
I am trying to cut things out completely, but not doing a very good job! Really struggling to cut out red meat, as we live on a lifestyle block and kill our own beasts so have sooo much meat in our freezer! Chicken and fish is so expensive to buy. Also struggling with cutting out chocolate. I'm trying to swap things out, for example, changing broccoli for green beans,
i read chocolate isn't as bad as we think it is and if you can't cut it out your sway its not that bad of a deal.
meat though esp red meat needs to go hun. can you swap it for quorn?
