Ok I am ttc a girl, I cant post my ff chart yet as someone hacked it and they are investigating it, with that being said, like I said I am ttc a girl and I am curious if you gals, wonder if bd all the way through or every other day or cut off or after ovulation is best? Last cycle I abstained and only done on ovulation with a 3 day cut off and no pregnancy..I looked back at my charts prior that I only get pregnant with more bd..so I know that resulted in boys..but do you think the diet could counteract the bd and all for a girl spermy to get in? We bd every day from 5 days befor on wards to ovulation. I am wondering if that was ok LOL I do hope I get pregnant, I was heartbroken last cycle.

Annick...so you bd before every day for 5 days before ovulation? Or you had a 5 days cut off? The diet is meant to lower ph but also there is research that supports the idea that a diet high in calcium and magnesium favors girl. Did you get ph strips?

5 days straight with dh having a shower, on licorice root cranberry and calclum....i know the 5 day thing is more boy territory but on this other one I am on, it says timing is less a factor if you have all 7 sway factors. I even used ions to. i had a high diet in calcium, magnesium, crystal light and chicken..i did have cucumbers and rice but not as often this cycle. Yes I had ph strips, my ph was in the 5 .. should be about a 4 but last time it was that and i didnt get pregnant we been on girl diet since august..so only have a few more months left. i skipped the breakfast.
our magnesium is in our calcium pills to..
oh also use replense and lime
not in the diet lol but in the vag

Ohhh I see. Well I hope we get preggers and then we only have to wait about 3 more months to find out
This is my second cycle trying. Last time I didnt do it enough before o (cause I didnt know when ov was going to happen) then at ov I freaked out and didn't want to take a chance.
Now I had good timing according to my records but will see.

hun if i was you because its breaking your heart not getting a bfp i would skip the cut off. some people don't believe in it anyhow. i have one of each and we bd alot when we conieved both. my big difference was diet it was so different.
so i believe the diet might just be enough hun.
