I heard about it in a different site. It means low everything, low calories, low nutrients, like a regular diet but with some prohibit foods and of course low sodium, low potassium, no sugar...etc. Small portions and no breakfast and no snacking.
I was sort of doing that but having my breakfast.

With the foods that ARE permitted on the girl diet, the low everything is what was metioned above: 1500 calories, skip breakfast, only eat 2-3 meals a day, no snacking to keep blood sugar low. When we start to TTC, it is what I am going to try.

Thank you ladies!
Michelle, I randomly found that link last night! I think I am going to try it but still eat dairy as I need some protein! How do you do it with no protein, I would faint! Plus, I am supposed to be holding onto weight not losing it so I will have to do my own version I guess? I like that you can eat more fruits and veggies though!
