Hello! I am new to the board! I have 5 daughters who are 11, 7, 3, 1 and 7 months! We r going to try again for a boy May 2012! I started to change my diet and take supplements in October. Im not going to check my ph level or do the temp thing. I am taking fish oil and folic acid. My husband is taking zinc and folic acid and fish oil. I started to put flaxseeds in my food. I eat a lot more fruit and have salads everyday. Drinking lemon water. My cycles are every 31-32 days. I do get some cm that is like mucous but never egg white. Just looks like the mucous plug u lose when pregnant like jelly. So I don't kno if that's good. I have been drinking little milk. I will have a bowl of rice krispies about once a week. I know u should eat a bowl of cereal everyday but I don't I was eating cereal dry with no milk. Im going to try and eat oatmeal every morning. What else can I do to raise my ph level? Any other suggestions? Thank!! Hoping to get to kno everyone.

Hi! And welcome.
I am not trying for a boy but if you read the stickies you will find lots of info on what to do or not. About the cm, I know that for a boy you need a lot of fertile watery or egg white type; if you don't have that then you can use a lub called pre-seed.
