Hello ladies!!! I am new here and I have a question about supplements.
My husband and I have three beautiful little boys and we are going to try for a little girl to complete our family! I have bought the Shettles book and have been charting my cycle for the past month. I have been reading about the supplements to take to help conceive a girl. How long before I try to conceive do I take the supplements? Any advice a conceiving a girl would be fantastic!

Hi there, welcome to the board! From what I've read, I think you are suppose to be taking supplements and making changes to your diet for AT LEAST 6 weeks prior to TTC.

Good luck, we are also TTC pink
