I had been swaying pretty religiously for the last year, but this cycle went to crap about midway through.
Up until about a week before I O'ed I was
drinking peppermint tea every day
taking calcium daily
taking cranberry daily
drinking extra milk
drinking crystal light
I ended up taking an emergency trip to see my family since my dad is critically ill, and during those few days I stopped all of the above.
But I did eat a ton of clementines, and drink a few milkshakes, kept up with my b6.
When I got home I thought I had already O'ed so didn't bother with the cranberry, or peppermint tea - turns out I O'ed about 2 days after getting home.
We BD'ed either day before or the day I O'ed.
what is your best guess?
Had my first u/s a few weeks ago and the heart rate was 168.
I did have a psychic reading that predicted girl.
I've done the baking soda test 4 times, the first 3 times there was no bubbles or fizz, yesterday I had a ton of bubbles, but I think it had something to do with how little I had to drink yesterday.
