When is the best time in your to try and conceive???

Also, I found a couple of methods to conceive a girl. Do any of the following work:

-Girl diet
-Ph Testing strips for ph level 5.90 or below
-Recommended sex positions: missionary and spooning
-Having sex 2-3 days before you start ovulating
-Gender prediction chart (based on your age and conception date)
