follow the LE diet (low everyting diet) as I did with my girls cause I was just too busy to eat, lol

Just wanted to wish you luck on your sway.. Keep reading into swaying as part of your plan you may add to or take away. Remember you want your ph level to be 4-4.5. It helps if you dump your dh sperm after dtd to.. so they say run to the toilet after lol. Hot showers are easy to for both you and dh.

I conceived all my girls in the fall/winter, I would like another winter baby though. Forgot the hot showers and I just found fresh raw cranberries at the grocery store which I think I might stock up on. I bought two bags, but I need to figure out how much of the fresh berry I need a day.
