DH and I agreed no to actively TTC, but, that being said, I am 2 months PP, exclusively breastfeeding, AF returned at 6 weeks. And we aren't using any protection.

I do have PCOS so it really is a crap shoot on when I will O, or if that AF was just a fluke.

but on the off chance we have an oops, I'd like to do my best to make it a pink oops after 3 boys.

when should I start my peppermint tea and cranberry capsules? will either of those affect my milk supply?

I would start the girl diet now with supplements. I swayed for 5 months. Wanted to longer but I was doing opks and seen my surge and just said what the hell I'm gonna try. I say the longer u sway the better. Good luck.

I was reading that cranberry supplements can cause bleeding, so be careful while BFing. With that said, BFing is a pink sway, so you've got that going for you. If you haven't looked much into it, I recommend going to genderdreaming.com and checking out their info about girl diets and such. Its VERY informational!

Dieting and such should start 6 weeks before you start to TTC.

I did a pink diet for 3 years of ttc before conceiving my 3rd son, and since we aren't going to EVER ttc again, this is just in case we have an "oops".

but with how long it takes me to get pregnant while actively ttc, I am doubting an "oops" is in my future, but I want to cover as many bases as possible, just in case! LOL
