I just found out I am officially pregnant, but I was wondering is it too late to sway for a boy?

Yes, the diets are designed to prepare your body to conceive a specific gender, so doing the diet after you are pregnant will not help.

After conception, the sex of the baby has already been determined, you can't change it.
