No. Shettles has been disproven. His findings were incorrect and boy sperm aren't faster, but they do swim differenty. Diet and lifestyle pla a much bigger role then timing. Good luck!

I think some of it makes sense. I believe the one where girl sperms tend to live longer than boy ones can sway things.

Agreed. Everything I have read says it is actually the opposite of what Shettles says. I have read several studies that have scientific data to back up their point unlike Shettles and all disprove him. His stats are skewed because all his "data" is people's personal stories and people are more likely to write in if they succeeded than if they failed.

how you get to know it is on your ovulation ? you used OPK or just from your experience.

I conceive my daughter on CD14 which is supposed to be O day as my period cycle is regualr 28-29days, it is supposed to be on O day, but I only found EWCM on CD17 monring , so not sure if it is before Oday

I didn't hear about shettles for my first pregnancy.

But after I know the gender I studied a lot on swaying
I should see everything I did is in comply with shettles .
I hope to try differently to sway boy for next pregnancy
