this is my sway for a girl

trying to avoid red meat, but we still eat it once or twice a week
no caffeine - except for chocolate because I would die without it.
eating more dairy, milk, cheese, going to get some yogurt this week.
drinking peppermint tea with equal (aspartame)

suppliments some for sway, some not

sway supplements:

calcium with D
magnesium
cranberry

non sway supplements:
flax seed oil - for eleveated cholesterol
Vitamin D - low vit D
Cinnamon - to help keep regular cycles (natures metformin)
81mg asprin - for BP
b6 - for lpd
folic acid

yesterday I noticed some spotting, and today I woke with a yeast infection. I swirled some vinegar around and started some miconozole - could this mean my pH is not where it should be? too basic? or too acidic? I am thinking too basic, which makes me irritated because I thought I was doing a pretty good sway.

I was expecting to O next week, is there any hope of getting my pH right by then?

Red meat twice a week is actually considered a large amount. Many reliable physicians now recommend eating red meat once or twice a month and in terms of swaying its a lot. You're obviously a big red meat eater I have 3 girls and havent had red meat in 15 or 20 years fwiw. But I drink tons if coffee lol. Eh who knows if any of it works. Anywho, good luck and hope your infection gets cleared quickly! http://genderselectionbasics.blogspo...ur-ph.html?m=1

With my girls I did almost no red meat too.

As far as the YI goes try the probiotics. They sway pink and help clear YIs up. Plus infection and illness is supposed to sway pink anyway.

The vit D though I think is a blue sway. Caffeine is safe with swaying pink.

BTW, I think the cinnamon is a great call!

I need to take the vitamin D since my labs showed I was deficient. :/

maybe I shoudl try some coffee - I'm not really a fan, but I didn't drink coffee with my other pregnancies and had boys, lol

When I was swaying pink before having Alex. I kept getting terrible yeast infections. I'm rubbish with dairy, eat too much and I get the yeast infection. As soon as I got rid of the infection that next month I got pregnant with Alex. But I think the meds and the fact that I had to stop all the dairy, made me alkaline again.

Oh, I just meant if you were used to drinking coffee or caffeine then you could continue it. It doesn't factor into a sway to go for or against. So eating chocolate is fine, but it increases your calorie intake and keeps your sugars higher when you want to keep blood sugars low signaling times are hard and its better to conceive girl vs boy.
