so far I have had 2 miscarriages, from pregnancies not due in september. all of my september babies have been boys.

I don't know if my body doesn't like babies not due in spetember, or if maybe it is rejecting girls, or just coincidence. I swayed pretty hard pink for both my m/c.

I am not really sure we are going to have another baby, but if we have an oops. I want to sway a little.

I am taking cinnamon, folic acid, cranberry, and b6. and avoiding beef and salt.

think that is good enough?

I'd drop the B6. If you're taking it for your LP maybe try vitex instead. B vitamins are thought to sway blue and are used for blue sways.

I tried vitex, it made my long cycles even worse. instead of 40 days they were 4-5 months. I won't be doing vitex again

with out b6 my lp is only 10-11 days, with it is is 12-13 days.

10-11 is still good. Vitex can delay O for some women. Maybe try 14 days on, stop to induce ovulation, then start it up again with AF? I actually used the vitex to delay my O the cycle before we got PG, but ironically it didn't work! LOL It delayed O for me in the past. The cinnamon lengthened my LP and moved my O date up. I was taking 1 gram a day with food. (so your BS doesn't tank on you)

Anyway, with a 10-11 day LP, you might still want to consider dropping the B vit all together as its a blue sway tactic. Just my
