Hello all,

we are ttc a boy with the shettles method and I am on cd 18 and just started getting a lot of the EWCM and cramping. I took an OPK and it was SUPER negative meaning the test line barely showed. How soon after the EWCM does the LH surge occur? For those trying for a boy or have been successful when is the best time to BD after you get a positive OPK?

for a boy i would wait to get a +opk, then have sex 24-36 hrs AFTER that. If you REALLY wanna pinpoint it better try doing what im doing and use 2 opks per day so that you get a better, closer timeframe of actual O.
