When I was a child I used to get skin rashes really bad on my knees, elbows, and eyelids.. well they always told me it was eczema .. and nothing ever really helped it. I used everything otc, Lubriderm, hydrocortisone.. until I was about 14 I finally saw a dermatologist, they told me I actually have psoriasis.
So I began using Protopic and it is a miracle ointment! Clears up in less than a day, whenever I have an outbreak. Just wanted to ask you, do you think my daughter will have the same thing? I hope she doesnt, its awful to go threw life with psoriasis (I used to get made fun of as a preteen.)
My daughter was just diagnosed with this. It drives me nuts because I feel like there is nothing that I can do to make her feel better since he rlittle hands are always affected and it makes even slight temperature changes from holding a cold drink hurt her.
