I'm from the Preemie/NICU board. I have a 9month baby boy who recently starting breaking out with this rash on his face couple days ago. It first started out as just a couple red dots on his face that looked like baby pimples. But NOW, it looks like this.........
My sisters suggested that is could be drool rash. But I'm not sure, since it seems to be spreading and getting worse by the day. I have recently tried him on 2 new veggies , squash about 4-5 days ago and now he's on sweet potatoe for the last 2 days. I thought maybe he's having an allergic reaction to one of them....but he dosn't have this rash anywhere on his body. It's just all on his cheeks and chin area.
Should I visit his doctor? How do I treat it at home, and should I stop putting cream on his face for the time being?
