Nope and nope. Bedrooms are for sleeping. Period.

The boys do because it's the only place our little TV could go when we moved here. It was our only TV where we used to live, but my parents have a giant TV in the living room. Their TV is only hooked up to the built-in DVD player and the AppleTV. Mostly the little boys watch it while I'm doing school with the big kids (in the room with the big TV).

Neither of them have one, but I wouldn't be against it. They really don't watch much television anyway.

No, never. Rooms are for sleeping. We have two TVs in the house, one in the den, and DH has a small 13" in his office if he wants to watch something the rest of us are not interested in. I also really limit all screen time with the kids. it's no TV at all on a school night, and limited TV on weekends.

We do not have tv's in bedrooms either. Although right now it doesn't matter - since we don't have cable anyway. NO ONE is watching any tv!!!

Double standard in our house. None of the girls have TVs in their rooms, but we have one in ours. We've got a TV in the living room, one in the game room, and the one in our room. When we got a flat screen for the living room, we moved the old TV to our room. It is pretty old so I dont know how long it will last.

Olivia watches hulu and movies on her laptop in her room a lot. Many of the shows/movies she as a teenager wants to watch aren't really appropriate for her sisters. If hubby and I arent planning to watch, she (and her friends) will just use her computer.

Lucy has 1 in her room. Noah will get one eventually. It's not an issue for us, neither of them watch much tv. But it's nice to have a place for Lucy to go to watch her tv shows and Noah watches his in the living room. They only watch about an hour of tv a day if that so it's not a concern.

No and no. In the new house we told the builder they can skip putting cable outlets in the bedrooms (though currently cable doesn't run out there in the wilderness anyway...).

Our living room TV is on enough with DH home that I think they get more than their share of TV viewing and don't need any more access.
