Too late now...

Everyone is sick here, so I had to make something I knew they would eat. Chicken nuggets, which are, secretly, a turkey breast cut up into pieces, coated with almond slivers/chervil/paprika/salt/pepper that I pass through the food processor, then baked in the oven. Yummiest "chicken" nuggets ever!!! With salad and some new potatoes.

We picked up fried chicken and 2 sides (mashed potatoes and mac and cheese) tonight. Not a very balanced meal but our oven's currently broken. So it was quick food tonight for us. Surprise surprise, my little vegetarian Hugo actually took 4 bites out of the chicken so that made it worthwhile.
