Got a list from Erin's school this year to write down the books she read this summer to help her with her AR goal when school starts. Here's the funny part - there are only 8 lines on there..... Obviously, we are adding more lines.....
LOL.
In high school it was my pet peeve when we were assigned summer reading (1 book only for an "AP" class)- and no one else read them, and the slack teacher would modify or cancel the assignment.
Kelsey has had a TON of reading and work!! She has two AP classes and she has had to turn assignments and outlilnes in all summer. And this year she is taking two college courses at high school. I had to pay tuition for those classes. One is E 110 - her freshman english class, and a sociology class. She had movies to watch and books to read all summer for AP psychology. She hasn't had much of a summer I guess.
