6:30 or 7. Earlier when the sun comes up earlier. I never use an alarm clock. I'm just naturally a morning person.

6:45 during the week so Mia can have enough time to get ready for the bus which arrives at 7:25. And 6:45 on the weekends cause the kids' internal clocks are invariable!

During the week I get up about 5:30. On a weekend I like to say that I sleep until 9 or so. But that's not true. I have to usually get up and go to a soccer game or swim meet, or church. There's no sleeping in around here.

Not answering b/c I hate getting up. I am NOT a morning person. At least not the time I have to get up to be at work at 7:30.

We get up about 7 on the weekdays. I hear you on the internal clock thing. My kids are up before 7 on the weekends. We can put them to bed a 7 or midnight and they will wake up at the same time. I just keep thinking that in 17 years I can sleep until noon!

I get up at 6 during the weekdays but really wake up at 4 when dh does. I just snooze until 6.

Weekends I sleep in until 7 or 7:30. My internal clock doesn't let me sleep any later.
