I'm usually done early, but I am late getting started with the little one's birthday shopping. Her birthday is 9 days after Christmas, and I usually have at least a few things for her by now. I need to get moving!
I started but only because ds wanted a Leapster tablet & I found out they were hard to get. Luckily I snagged one. I'm usually late at shopping because it always seems to sneak up on me and then I go oh cr@p better hurry.
My husband waits til late. Like he would go to one store on Christmas eve at 8 PM and expect to find everything in one trip. That is far too chancy for me. Therefore I went ahead and bought almost everything and I have wrapped it too. However I've spent more than my fair share of $ and he needs to get the last few things, which could be bought at the last minute if they had to. (Secret Santa stuff, shoes for niece from a shoe store, pjs for friends and a gift card for my mom)
I am hoping he will buy whatever I tell him on Friday since we're going to have to go out with ILs. If so then we will have the rest taken care of.
