I got mine an "in plain sight" safe. It's a Dr. Pepper can that sits on your desk at work to hold things like keys or whatever. That's for his stocking (which, oddly enough, weighs just enough that his stocking keeps falling off. Had to just put it on top of the mantel ). His regular gift is a lamp with 5 movable lights. The living room is dark, and it's hard for him to play Kinect. He's talked about getting a floor lamp for a long time. Hope he likes it????? I didn't know what to get, either.

Now that I'm done with all my shopping, I remember what I told myself last year that I'd get this year. *sigh* Gas logs for our 2 year old fireplace that has never been used. Oops! Forgot.

Dh & I don't exchange gifts. The kids got him a much needed wallet.

It'll be 2 years this spring. It sat on the market for 6 mos before we bought it.

This year our house is our gift, so not giving anything else. Well, we said we weren't. I grabbed a couple linen shirts on sale earlier.

For my DH: linen shirts, Yankee Candle, a surf or Super Street magazine subscription or something from Swell.com is always a hit. If I rotate those out I am always in good standing.
