I've always enjoyed reading, I still do. I'm like my oldest, not always do the best in reading comprehension on standardized tests, we both enjoy reading the passages and run out of time for answering all of the questions. And even though I did well, I despised book reports and Q&A.

I do read, but I don't generally read fiction. I prefer nonfiction and how to books. I know I'm a dork. I do read fiction from time to time though.

I rarely read fiction also. I always say truth is stranger than fiction when it comes to books

Though I am reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince now. My oldest has the last book and she won't let me read it unless I at least read the 6th book first.

I like to read non-fiction as well.

You know there was more to my post but the board ate it. I was not a big reader when I was younger but as an adult I have gone through a few spells of doing a lot of reading. I just don't like fiction. I like to read to learn and that is about it. I also enjoy books on spirtuality and self improvement.

I was a huge reader as a kid, I would spend my pocket money on second hand books. I still have boxes of them. As an adult not nearly so much. I suppose I read a lot of message boards and catalogs but not a real lot of fiction any more.
