Do you find your motivation to help them and work with them fizzles out sometimes? Is there anything you do to get you or them motivated?

There is nothing that keeps me motivated like seeing the light bulb finally come on and they have got it!

I have a hard time staying motivated. I sometimes go out and buy some new books or teaching tools to get me back on track.

I definitely get frustrated and lose motivation some days. Sometimes I will search online for a new strategy, or sometimes we just change subjects for a bit to let us both calm down. Some days though, I just have to cancel school and we do something fun. Usually, a fun day will give me the break I need to come back with a fresh perspective, more patience, and the motivation I need to get Veronica excited about whatever we are learning.

I do that too. Some days I get very frustrated especially when I am trying to explain something that the kids are just not getting.
