I dont think I can work fulltime for a bit again folks

I'm seriously toying with the idea of pushing myself but I'm exhausted and realistically I dont know if I can do it efficiently and effectively.

I'm seriously messing up here folks.

I'm waiting on a call from my cousin who has a VERY small ad agency (I worked with her before) to see if we can organise either a partime something or work at home something for me.

I also spoke to my niece who's at University about getting typing jobs for me to do at home on thesises.

I'm also forcefully teaching myself to crochet so that I can supplement income via ebay.

I need to get a good base salary to begin with cause if I leave here I certainly won't have any more health insurance and its going to be EXTRA hard.

I'm just so tired you know? but really its not fair to anyone else in this office if I'm just taking up space and can't pull my own proper weight too.

Lisa... I know you feel like you don't measure up..

STOP THAT!!!! (That's your family talking ~ Dr. Phil would say your internal dialogue has the families words stuck in your head for when they're not around.)

That said, no doubt it hurts to feel like you don't pull your own weight. Life can be overwhelming in the best of circumstances. I would love for you see that your a single mom with two kids... I feel overwhelmed at times and don't even have kids! I can't imagine how much hard it would be.

You're so sweet Lisa, I am sure things will work out for you. (Hopefully a little better than now anyway.)

Cheers, Michelle

sometime last year I had to leave here at the ad agency and work at one of our spin off smaller companies for 1/2 days where I got to remain on the health plan.

Other than my cousin ... my present boss just asked me if I wanted to go back to Humitech to work half days but he has to speak the the Managing Director there to see if he will take me back as well ... so now I have two options ...

I hate my head I really do but folks I gotta accept what I've got and its not going to go away so I just gotta deal, ya know?

I am happy to hear more options are starting to present themselves!

Lisa.. I know this is so hard to deal with. I wish there was more we could do. I'm very happy to see you working with this and not against it.

Cheers, Michelle

Michelle .... I dont have much other choice ... I absolutely REFUSE to let this beat me ... it would be like just giving in without trying if you know what I mean ...and I've never been a quitter.
