I hate living in this state. Not only is it a million degrees outside every single day but now tropical storms messing with my life too?! Ever since that storm came through on Monday night, we haven't had the very satellite stations that I want to watch. Oh we have all the crap I don't want, that's for sure. And we have the local channels--- except the only one that shows the NBA finals. That's all I want to see. I already missed the game on Tues. and now I'm going to miss tonight's game too. I can't even do anything about it either because the apartment complex I live in controls the satellite we use and apparently they are waiting on a part that got burned in the storm. It's been three days and I doubt it'll come tomorrow either. So I get to miss Sunday's game too. The series will be over by the time they get it fixed. Then I get to wait about 9 months to watch another game. This is all that tropical storm's fault. It wasn't even a stupid hurricane. Alberto, you suck. Ahhh.... I feel better now.
I know the feeling. I lived there for a few years and then moved back home to IN. I dont think the weather is really all that much more better here than there though. I used to live within 5 miles of the beaches, but when it is snow bird season, that 5 miles would take 30 minutes or more!!
